These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the NeMenz Online website and platform, including our sale of general goods and provision of importation and delivery services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

By creating an account, placing an order, or browsing our website, you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using our platform, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts. If you are under 18, you may use the platform only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

3. Account Registration

When you create an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Products and Pricing

All product descriptions, images, and prices are provided for informational purposes. We make every effort to display accurate information, but minor variations may occur. Prices are quoted in Ghana Cedis (GH¢) and are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors.

5. Orders and Acceptance

Placing an item in your cart does not guarantee availability. Your order constitutes an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline. A confirmation email constitutes our acceptance of your order. We may cancel orders due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

6. Payment

We accept mobile money, debit/credit cards, and bank transfers. All payments are processed through Paystack, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. You authorise us to charge the provided payment method for the total order amount, including delivery fees.

7. Importation Services

Where we provide importation services on your behalf, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about the goods you wish to import
  • Pay all applicable customs duties, taxes, and clearing fees
  • Comply with all applicable import/export laws and regulations of Ghana
  • Indemnify us against any penalties or losses arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by you

We act as an intermediary to facilitate importation and are not liable for delays caused by customs, shipping carriers, or suppliers. Title and risk for imported goods pass to you upon delivery by the supplier to the shipping carrier.

8. Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers, customs, or events beyond our control. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery.

9. Returns and Refunds

Our return and refund policy is detailed separately on our Refund Policy page. By purchasing from us, you agree to the terms outlined therein.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of NeMenz Online or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

11. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use our platform for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the website

14. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.
